For their chic Napa Valley wedding, this couple wanted to embrace vineyard and wine country inspiration while still maintaining an overall elegant aesthetic. We kept the invitation very simple with crisp white paper printed with tonal grapevines and a touch of minty silver. The set was accentuated with a watercolor painted map of California and a rich leaf green wax seal.
Since we are a studio specializing in custom work, we put together custom pricing for each project. For your convenience, below is a brief summary of the starting prices for both our collection and custom suites:
• $2,000 is the starting price for pre-existing designs for a 4-piece suite in 1-letterpress color. Suites with additional embellishments such as foil stamping, laser cut sleeves, pocket folders, etc. start at a higher price point of $3,000 and up.
• Custom invitations start at $2,750 for a 4-piece suite in 1-letterpress color.
• For budgets in the $1,000 range, many of our designs can be adapted to a economical price point using flat printing.
Note: A 4-piece suite includes Invitation, Reply Card, Outer Envelope and Reply Envelope. However a suite can be customized to your needs. Most pre-existing designs you see, whether it be from our custom page or collection page, can be made into a ready to order set

Sketches
We began the process with some different invitation directions all centering around a modern style with touches of Napa Valley elegance. Inspiration was taken from vineyards, wine casks, grapevines and other wine country elements and combined with crisp contemporary typography
Monograms
We then presented the couple with a few different takes on a monogram that included various vineyard inspired elements such as vines and grapes.
Covers
We explored a few different alternate designs for the cover of the wrap with different layouts. The designs were all on white linen paper with wax seals and emblem accents.
Illustration
We hand painted a custom watercolor of Northern California with icons of the wedding venue as well as some other regional highlights that were important to the bride and groom.
Design Refinement
Once the look and feel were defined, we embarked on the process of extending the design to all the pieces in the invitation suite. We wanted to the suite to feel coordinated as a whole without being too “matchy matchy” so each item, from reply card to envelopes has different design elements that work harmoniously with the overall design aesthetic.
Details, details, details….
Every element and detail in the suite is carefully considered. Even the edges os the watercolor map feature subtle grapes and grape leaves that melt in and out of the background.
Final Design
At the end of the creative process, after all edits and refinements are made, the full suite comes to life in the hands of our expert team of printers and craftsmen.
