Palm Beach Wedding Invitation

We designed this chic and elegant Palm Beach wedding invitation for an event at the iconic Flagler museum in Palm Beach, Florida. The invitation is printed in a luxurious gold foil, presented in a bespoke hand drawn map, printed on fine linen paper. The accompanying pieces in the suite breathe some beach chic flair with elements such as starfish, palm leaves and woven bamboo paper.

Sketches

We began the process with a few different design directions all centered around incorporating a classic, elegant script invitation card and pairing it with Palm Beach and beachy themed elements like shells, starfish and sand colored tones.

Monograms

We then presented the couple with a few different takes on a classic monogram. This included various borders that framed the letters from crest shield shapes to flourished borders.

Watercolor Map

We hand illustrated a map of Palm Beach with various icons and callouts of their favorite local spots. The map locations also included venues relating to the wedding weekend such as the rehearsal dinner restaurant and hotel where guests would be staying.

Cover Designs

We explored a range of different cover designs in ivory and varying shades of beige and sand to determine the perfect balance of classic elegance and beach elements. Here is a sampling of our cover design exploratory.

Design Extension

Once the look and feel were defined, we embarked on the process of extending the design to all the pieces in the invitation suite. From the reply cards and enclosure cards to envelopes, we designed each piece to feel exciting, vibrant and enticing.

At the end of the creative process, after all edits and refinements are made, the full suite comes to life in the hands of our expert team of printers and craftsmen.
